Making Time | Our jewellery is made to order. Please allow 5 working days production time + additional shipping time. Please note, express post is not a rush order and therefore does not alter the making time.
Shipping Rates | Enjoy complimentary express shipping within Australia on all orders $150 and above. Orders of $149 or under do have a $10 express shipping fee. We express ship internationally for a flat rate of $45. Please allow for our production time when ordering as all pieces are made to order. Production time is subject to change throughout the year.
Local Pick-Up | Collection of online orders is available from our P&T store in Trangie NSW, Australia. Please select 'local pick-up' at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email.
Replacement Earrings | We have offered a replacement earring service in the past, however, we are now finding this increasingly difficult to maintain as our pearl batches continue to be so varied. This means it is challenging to find a match for your single earring as past pearl batches were quite different. We are so sorry for any disappointment regarding this.
Combining Orders | We are able to combine orders if time and resources permit. Please note, this is not possible during busy times in our retail calendar.
Returns Policy | We encourage you to make a considered purchase as we do not accept returns for incorrect choice. If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund once inspected by the maker and deemed faulty or damaged on return within 14 working days of delivery to the customer. We do not accept returns for sale items. Please see our returns policy for more information.
